If you are on an Umrah Visa, you are allowed to bring 5 liters of Zamzam. For all other visas, the allowance of Zamzam is at the airline’s discretion.

Fares for offered flights have limited availability. To secure these rates and avoid inconvenience, we recommend paying the ticket amount promptly after reservation. Be aware that offers may expire by the given time or even earlier, according to the airline’s discretion.
Passengers may be required to obtain a PCR test 72 hours prior to flight departure.
The package is non-changeable and non-transferable. Changes are possible before the issuance of flight tickets, hotel, and transport vouchers, subject to fare and tax differences. After issuance, the package is completely non-refundable.
The company acts solely as a service provider for visa services and is not liable for any legislative changes or price adjustments regarding visas made by the government.
Visas may have last-minute requirements or price changes. The company is not responsible for refunds, partial or full, if a visa is not granted due to government changes or unforeseen reasons.
In the event of visa refusal, the customer is responsible for the full payment. Options to reapply or submit to the embassy will be provided.
